Registration and payment

Your registration for any event or activity is only final after you have made the payment. Your payment should be received by us 14 days before the event.

Discount

We try to keep the costs for our activities as low as we can, so that they are accessible for as many people possible. We operate without profit.
For special circumstances a discount is possible. Please contact us at bestuur@ligmincha.nl and explain why the activity is important to you and what discount you need.

Refund

If you’ve registered for an event and payed for it, but are unable to attend, you can get a refund for a part of the amount payed. The part you get refunded depends on the moment you give us notice. If you are unable to attend yourself, you can give your registration to someone else.

  • 30 days or more for the start of the event:
    refund of complete amount, minus €25,- administration fee
  • up until 2 weeks for the start of the event:
    refund of 75% of the amount, minus €25,- administration fee
  • up until 1 week for the start of the event:
    refund of 50% of the amount, minus €25,- administration fee
  • less then a week for the start of the event:
    refund of 25% of the amount, minus €25,- administration fee
  • no show, without notice:
    no refund
