Seminar A-Tri

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche will come to Amsterdam to give a seminar from 24 till 26 May 2019.

More information will follow.

A-Tri Dzogchen

The A-Tri tradition is one of the three dzogchen traditions within Bön Buddhism. Dzogchen is seen in Tibetan Bön Buddhism as the highest path of meditation. The teaching is divided into fifteen steps or periods of practice. The exercises help us to prepare our minds and to develop stability in our meditation, so that in the end we can recognize the true nature of our mind and learn to rest in it.

In the previous seminars, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche gave instruction in the various phases of the A-Tri, such as preparatory exercises, concentration meditation of zhiné and deepening. During this seminar Rinpoche will further discuss the essential points from the A-Tri text.

The seminar is open to anyone who wants to learn to live from openness and clarity.

You are most welcome, even if you have not attended the previous seminars.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche manages to convey the essence of Bon Buddhism in a warm and clear way. He has been teaching in the West for more than twenty-five years and has been visiting the Netherlands for fifteen years to give seminars.
